Terms of Service

By accessing, installing, or using any software, browser extension, mobile application, or website provided by TofuToon (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

TofuToon provides a suite of digital utilities, productivity tools, and AI-powered applications designed to assist users in tasks such as translation, data processing, and content management. These Terms apply to all products released under the TofuToon brand unless a specific product has its own separate terms.

• To access certain features across our ecosystem, you may be required to create a TofuToon account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend your access to all TofuToon applications if you violate these Terms in any single application.

Our Services may operate on a unified or product-specific credit system known as “Energy” or “Credits.”

• Usage: Credits purchased in one application may be specific to that application or shared across our suite, as specified at the time of purchase.
• No Monetary Value: Credits are a limited license to use digital features. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused Credits if an account remains inactive for more than 12 months, subject to applicable laws.

• Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by our authorized resellers. They act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• Finality: All purchases of digital content, subscriptions, or credit packs are final and non-refundable, except as described in Section 10 or where required by law.

Our Services may allow you to process, translate, or modify text, images, and other content (“User Content”).

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you process using our tools. You confirm that you have the right to access and modify such content.
• No Illegal Use: You agree not to use our Services to process illegal material, infringe on intellectual property rights, or generate hate speech/harassment.
• Technical Tool: TofuToon is a neutral technology provider. We do not monitor, host, or claim ownership of the content you process with our software.

Some of our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning models to generate results (e.g., translations, summaries, edits).

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on our Services for critical advice (legal, medical, or financial).
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique or free from errors.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any specific extension or feature within our Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Desktop apps come with a 7-day technical guarantee. If, within 7 days of purchase, the app cannot do what its product page describes on your computer (for example, it cannot read your pages or will not run), email us with your order reference. We will work with you to fix it; if we cannot, you get a full refund.

The guarantee covers technical problems only. We do not refund a change of mind, so please watch the demo and check the requirements before you buy.
